When you purchase a new system from Copper State Communications, our System Deployment Team conducts complete, initial user training sessions. They're held for large or small groups, at your place of business or our training facility, according to your preference -- and at no additional charge. Customized user guides are provided to all personnel to help ensure your employees' complete understanding and retention. Special emphasis is placed on employees whose jobs are communication-intensive.

To serve your continuing needs, our Complete Customer Support Plan provides you with unlimited, ongoing training. As telecommunications networks become increasingly complex and essential, it can be intimidating to design, install and program them to take full advantage of their many capabilities. At Copper State, we include custom programming of your system at the time of installation. What's more, we customize each instrument to meet the needs of each individual user.

As in any relationship, it's often the little things that make the difference, so we focus a lot of attention on them. For example: Copper State's service trucks are everywhere and our radio dispatching system minimizes our response time. That's important in business when every minute counts. Our customer database tells us instantly who you are, where you are, and what type of equipment you own, minimizing the time required to respond to your needs. After service is rendered, our quality assurance department contacts you to ensure that you are satisfied with any work we have performed.

In all our service trucks as well as our warehouse, we stock a large inventory of spare parts, new systems and components -- so we can give you what you need, when you need it. To save you time and avoid confusion, we'll even coordinate the installation of lines with your local phone company, at no additional charge to you. At Copper State, we believe in providing total customer support. When our clients have us act on their behalf to order and coordinate communication services, we always have complete records of exactly what services were ordered and when.
