I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your past and continued business with Copper State Communications. We take pride in providing you with today’s most advanced technology solution platforms, be they Business Phone Systems, Carrier Network Services, Managed IT Services, or Structured Cable. For any of your moves, adds, changes, or disconnects, please don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager or Copper State directly at 888.550.4484.

At Copper State, we truly understand and appreciate the spirt of a competitive environment. We know that you might be approached to make a move away from the services and solutions that we currently provide for you. We only ask that before considering a move from Copper State, you afford us the opportunity to address any concerns, issues, or needs that may cause you to no longer have Copper State as your total and comprehensive technology solutions provider. A brief conversation helps us understand where we may need to improve, or allows us to identify solutions we provide that you may not be fully aware of. Most importantly, we can address any billing complications pertaining to established agreements.

Thank you again for your business with Copper State Communications.

Looking to the Cloud for a Network Management Solution
Businesses are relying more and more on networks to communicate with both employees and customers. Pervasive connectivity, mobility, and increased network dependency are driving businesses to turn to the cloud for a simplified but scalable network management platform.
What to Look for in a Data Center Colocation Provider
Most enterprises have a data center model built on a mix of private cloud, public cloud, and legacy infrastructure. Everything has to be maintained, repaired, and upgraded when necessary. This entails time and resources and for this reason, many enterprises are opting to house their data centers in a colocation facility.
Diversifying the Managed Services Revenue Portfolio
Most managed services providers (MSPs) know that one revenue stream is inadequate for achieving profitability. A good mix of one-time revenue and periodically repeating revenue is the key to positive cash flow. Knowing what that mix should be can be a difficult answer to derive.
Unleash Productivity Through VoIP
Cloud services and high speed connections have made many advanced functions possible for business, including telephony. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone systems use the Internet for phone calling as well as other communication methods. Enhanced productivity is a key benefit of this powerful technology, helping companies do more with their resources.
