You’ve already put a whole lot of work and research into growing a business . . . You shouldn’t have to put that kind of effort into us, too.
You don’t have that kind of time! And we want to be a better partner than that. That’s why we’ve created a new system, and we’re proud to share it with you. We’ve revised our support process so we can learn how to best work with you — not the other way around.
Starting June 1, getting help when you need it will be even faster and easier.
Here’s how we are simplifying our support:
- Whether you’re calling regarding voice, data, carriers, or any other matter, there will be one phone number to call (1-888-200-3013) and one email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to contact.
- Then, we will put you in direct contact with one of our experts. This step has become even faster, too! We have split Copper State support into two new teams — Remote Support and On-Site Support — which will allow us to quickly and easily identify how to best meet your needs.
